(Example: $100,000 sale or refi is 200+(2 x 100)=$400 closing fee)
Recording: $10.00 first page, plus $3.00 each addtional
E-Docs: $ 30.00
Delivery – UPS: $ 10.00
Wire-in: $ 16.50
Wire-out: $ 27.50
Deed – Attorney Fee: $ 50.00
